Waitress was pleasant and food was served promptly.
The service was very fast, efficient, and cordial. The food was as ordered. It was well prepared and fresh. our dog enjoyed sitting on the patio with us. I'm sure the one star reviews are competing businesses as the place is definitely acceptable, the staff friendly, the food good.
We ate here twice and liked it both times. Pulled pork sandwich was good - ask for extra BBQ. The burger was actually very good - hand formed patty that was nicely grilled with just a bit of crispy char at the edges. Fries were fine too. Enjoyed the huckleberry pie both times. The pie is priced for tourists, which is what I'd do if I owned the place. Apparently others have had issues with their service, but we had none. Mostly eastern-European waitresses who were perfectly friendly and quick.
Very good bison burgers. Friendly staff. Homey atmosphere. 2nd or 3rd time here over 2 or 3 yrs. Always good food.
We had the barbecued beef sandwiches and the buns were dry and tough. The meat was okay but nothing special. The huckleberry pie wasn't great either as there were stems left on a few of the huckleberries and the crust was not homemade (tough frozen pie shell type).
Food was mediocre at best and the place itself was not clean.
Awesome little place with a great atmosphere. Great food. Great service. The meals aren't too expensive, but they get you on the sides. Dessert was great too. My only complaint is I got one cucumber in my salad.
